I'm a marketing automation professional with deep roots in both enterprise and mid-market environments. I've built programs from scratch, migrated legacy systems, and trained teams — all while keeping the business goal front and center.
My background spans CRM strategy, multi-touch campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and HTML email development. I take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables.
02 — Work
Designed and built a 4-touch re-engagement flow in SFMC targeting 180K lapsed subscribers. Used dynamic content blocks and behavioral splits based on last-open and purchase history.
Led end-to-end migration of 15 recurring campaign programs, rebuilding audience logic, data extensions, and email templates. Created SOPs and trained a 4-person team post-launch.
Built a SQL-based audience segmentation framework across B2B, B2C, and partner data sets. Implemented deduplication logic, suppression rules, and automated refresh cycles.
Developed a modular HTML email template library from scratch — 12 reusable modules, cross-client tested (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile), with full dark mode and VML support.
